Tom Munro

The noted fashion and celebrity photographer is English by birth. He achieved overnight success form his editorial shoots and has contributed to the world’s most prestigious publications including many of the global Vogue publications. He has worked with some of fashion’s most prestigious names, including Armani, Burberry, L’Oreal, Chloe etc… He has collaborated on Madonna’s music video ‘Give it to Me’ and other videos and shooting her Tour Book for “Sticky and Sweet” World Tour. Most recently Tom had a major exhibition and book released in 2010, of his extensive celebrity archive which, includes many highly acclaimed Hollywood actors.

Tom’s journey in life is reflected by his work. Coming from a musical background he had several exhibitions and feels aural and visual arts are closely connected and that each is inspired by the other. Tom’s art is reduced in a complex and abstract way. Each piece is a reflection of the images perceived by Tom when living life day by day – No limits known…!

The Awake From a Mistake


Works full time from his studio in Hertfodshire in the UK. He has an extremely eclectic portfolio of images but his fine art work has been heavily influenced by the drawing and mark making techniques of Japanese woodblock prints and also bushido culture.
